Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS
For all returns, please email email@example.com. All refund requests must be accompanied by a photo of the goods being returned, as well as a brief summary of the reason for return.
Refunds will only be offered via the original payment method, including credit cards and specifically the original card.
If your purchase is in any way faulty, not fit for the purpose intended or does not match the description, we will reimburse you for the costs of returning the product to us and arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced, or you can elect to have your money refunded. This will be refused if the product is determined to have been damaged due to inappropriate use. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of fault/damage before action is taken.
CHANGE OF MIND
If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original unmarked packaging within 14 days of purchase for replacement or refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges). Risk of loss or damage to the goods will not be assumed by us until the item has been received at our warehouse.
Ryft reserves the right to charge additional postage and handling charges for product exchanges that are not the result of product defect or our cause. Unless the product is defective, no refunds or exchanges will be offered for products: that have be worn or washed; or where the packaging has been damaged or if accessories that were originally shipped with the Product are missing.
